The control arms are the same. You just need to upgrade from 17mm ball joints to 19mm ones to fit the new spindles.

Pre-'88 MY cars have different cotrol arms and ball joints, and therefore
require that the control arm and ball joints be changed to fit the spindles
for 10.1" or 11" brakes.
