The fact that you live in the city does not have much to do with using city lights. They are intended for other purposes:

Ok, maybe someone can help me with this one, since no one seems to have a comment on my strut bar question.

I just found out today that the outer lights on my 4 round setup is good to go for city lights. The hole is drilled and there is a bulb holder in place (thank u Hella). All I have to do is add a bulb and wiring and I have city lights. Since I live in the city, > this would be most useful.

Question 1-- What kind of bulbs do I use for city lights? Where can I get them?
It uses a 5w small bulb. I think is the same as your sidemarkerlight bulb but I´m not sure. You can get a bulb at any auto store. Go with the bulb holder and ask for a 4 or 5w bulb.
I've seen guys with colored city light bulbs...what does everyone
think of this?
Sucks
What colors look best w/a dark colored car?
Red will make them pull you over pretty fast. You can start with red and see how many times you get pulled over in a week. Then get some green and do the same test. After a few weeks you will find out that white is the best choice for a city light.
Question 2-- How do I wire in the city lights? I'm assuming I want to tap into the parking lights.
Correct. You need to wire and use them as parking lights to be legal in the US.
There are two male spade connectors on the back of the bulb holder. One for power, one for ground?
Yes
