Also carry Fix-a-flat in case you or whoever is using your car consider using it rather than changing the tire in the middle of nowhere.

When you check the air pressure in the spare you also might want to check
that you have a jack that works
as well as a lug wrench and a locking lug nut key (if you have locking lug
nuts).
Having a flat tire is a lot easier to deal with when you have a good spare
and the proper tools to deal with the situation
