A mustang can also handle really well if it's properly setup.  It's a
primitive suspension design, but so is the suspension in OUR cars.  ;)
I've seen some mustangs turn EXTREMLY quick lap times on EXTREMELY tight
and winding tracks (waterford hills in waterford, MI).  They are at a
disadvantage with solid rear axles and cruddy weight distribution, but
they're not THAT bad.
