Believe it or not - even with a Quaife.  I run a 28mm Neuspeed rear
bar and no front bar in the General Li.  Exiting turns I can tell
when the inside front tire is "lifting" b/c I don't get nearly the
same acceleration as when both tires are more firmly planted.
