I run my '91 GTX on Weitec Coilovers, but that's more for looks than anything. Not to say that it doesn't handle well, but that's not why I set it up the way I did.
My '88 GLI is set up _very_ differently. Shine springs (200fr/120rr), with Boge Turbogas on all 4 corners, A3 VR6 rear axle, and going on later this week are Autotech lightweight swaybars(25/28). Reports coming later on how it handles.
