Well, unless there's a whole world of coincidences out there, I think I know the car/seller in question.

I won't pretend to speak for him, but I believe he's selling because he's in the process of taking a job out of state and he has, well, a fleet of cars and doesn't want to move them all. Any car that old is going to have stuff going on, but you have to figure the seller must be pretty confident if he's running it all the way from Raleigh to Chicago. (Especially with the vintage '80s, Police album cover paint scheme. Heh.) Again, I'm not affiliated with the seller, I just know the guy and thought I could shed some light.
