I doubt a deer has enough solid mass to bend a strut, and certainly not a spindle. I would make sure that the camber bolts didn’t just slip a bit. If that’s not the problem, the bad news is that it may be the strut tower deformed slightly. That would require a visit to the frame rack. Inspect the top of the strut tower from inside the engine compartment, paying particular attention to the seams. Any cracked paint, wrinkles in the sheet metal, etc. may tell the story. Goos luck!
