Hey guys, I've been searching for a good ISP... and apparently it's a tad rare locally. I need an ISP that matches the following criteria 1) Does not have any download limits (for all those Gentoo updates!) 2) Actually gives you the bandwidth you pay for (ex: With Keyworld I can only download at 40Kb/s... With Maltanet I could download at 120Kb/s - using a 1024K account on both). 3) Does not block ports (especially port 25). Does anyone here have any positive experiences with such an ISP? I've heard good things about ondnet-- anyone using them?
