The only provider who can give u that is CSC at university. Not sure whether
they give out bandwidth though for non-staff. 

Would like to learn about your suggestions though james. Maltanet is
definitely capping too but do give u your allocated bandwidth. onvol is
completely restricted but also give u your fair share of bandwidth however
the limit is at 4 gig per month with a 256 connection.
