Since we know MS does not do eval copies nor do they even sell XP standalone anymore, you are basically asking for pirated software (especially with the "evalation" (sic) in quotes). There are ways to legally get what you want, but these should be obvious and do not need to be discussed on a linux list. *cough* netbooks *cough* logmein to clients.
