There is a huge Colombian community around Ubuntu and you can find many
other LInux users there. There is also the Colibri list for free
software users in Colombia. Perhaps you may have some luck asking there.
Go to #ubuntu-co in IRC and don't mind asking in English, they all speak
it. Also say MagicFab sent you :) A couple of Montrealers hangout in
that channel too.
