So, you have some working USB devices!  :)   What is the name of the device you 
wish to see here?   The USB stick I assume  :{

You only need to see the last items appended to dmesg so the following will be 
nicer :)

dmesg | tail -15


NEXT:   If you "freshly" plug in a USB stick  ( meaning unplug it and plug it 
in again )  then look at dmesg again. the last message  should say something 
about a new usb device being plugged in.  if it doesn't then we need to know 
what driver that card is supposed to use.


You should see something like this
[373191.222690] usb-storage: device found at 5
