The Kellogg School of Management di Northwestern Univ. (di mana Phillip Kotler mengajar) memberikan gelar MM, serta MBA (1 atau 2 tahun). MIT menggunakan nama Sloan School of Management, tetapi memberikan gelar MBA. Keduanya menekankan teori (tidak ada yang lebih banyak), dan keduanya juga menggunakan kasus-kasus!
