Alright, what a trip! I finally downloaded gcc4.2.pkg via the apple
website; but when I run './configure' it still returns an error
reporting no compiler (v.i.). Any thoughts? It says something about
PATH, & I tried reading that, but to no insight on my behalf. I moved
the location of gcc around, but again to no avail. Got to be close
now . . . got to be.

Any thoughts? Thank you all for your support, I hope I'll be able to
repay the favor with time.

Best,

- Abel
