I'm completely at a loss: I tried to download the package twice, but
to no avail ("failed to decompress"), but when i did the checks you
recommended, i got the same results" dhcp226017:~ rasul$ which dvipng /usr/texbin/dvipng dhcp226017:~ rasul$ which latex /usr/texbin/latex " & yet i still get the same error with mnemosyne: problem with latex. are latex and dvipng installed? (from Q: test A: <$> \alpha </$>) and quitting & restarting didn't do anything for me. any thoughts? I sure can't figure it out. thanks for all the help. - Abel On Oct 16, 7:19 pm, Oisín <[email protected]> wrote: > 2009/10/16 G. <[email protected]>: > > > > > > > > > Strange . . . that is the site from which I originally downloaded my > > copy of TeXshop (& so I assume the rest of MacTex . . . ) and yet > > mnemosyne does not render for me. could it have to do with where the > > application is stored on the computer?
