I've been using Mnemosyne for years and been really happy with it but
I've recently been getting an error when I try to exit the program. It
says it can't Save the file and then won't shut down. I have to use
task manager to close the program. Then the next time I open the
program it gives me the message that it might already be running so I
should exit or it might cause errors. I've received this message in
the past and it hasn't been a big deal.

I tried uninstalling the software after exporting my flashcard list
thinking I would just reinstall. But after reinstalling it still has
my old flashcard list with the same error. I tried searching my hard
drive for everything with mnemosyne in the name and deleting it. And
removing all the .mem files I could find but it still comes up with
the same default card memory on a new install.

Is there somewhere specific I should be looking for more file to
delete? I removed everything in C:\Users\%username%\.mnemosyne.
