I also found out from my colleague in Saudi Arabia that works with the KFGQPC (King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex, in Madinah) who is a font expert, that the issue is related to the following: We have some special kerning pairs with (Raay, Zaay, Daal, Zaal and wao), when Mostly characters come after they characters, we define kerning pairs for them, so that is the problem, that your program have problem to adjust "Cursive Attachment" a featue of Opentype, with this bring move the character coming after raay, wao, etc to a little right so the looks beautiful kern. So there may be a problem in software handling OTF. Is there a way for Qt4 to handle OTF? Thanks!
