I believe windows move maker can do audio stripping. Otherwise you could 
see if you could find a freeware program at download.com.
Video was supported in mnemosyne as far as I know, but not all types 
worked. You could try to make flash do the video playback, but this is a 
bit more technical as you need to convert the videos to another format.
