I think i had a bit of an accident there!

Wolverhapmton is cool,with its pop-art collection! they have Warhol prints -
some of his cans of soup and the one of Jackie K crying, loads of photos and
the most amazing load of clothes EVER! some are rather retina-frying, but
they're great - yum! i mean, clothes as art - i spose that's with the
Bridget Riley op-art as dresses (and thank heavens - otherwise what would we
mod girls do without our black'n'white plastic necklaces and earrings?).
Actually, when i think about it, you've got the stark black'n'white Riley
images, and then the girls wearing stark black'n'white make-up, which is
nice.
I mean, if you're going to put 'functional' things in an exhbition,(like
lightbulbs, for example), putting in cool clothes would be even better! (and
i personally think that 60's clothes design was a damn sight better than the
crud around now - but as this is the modlist, i spose there's one or two of
you out there who'd agree!)
