You enable access to it at the domain level as well:

Domain > Web Admin > Allowed domain/user Properties.

Be careful on the "from" address.  Robin had issues with this stuff.  At
this point I think it has been determined that the WL/BL feature looks
at the "return path" address as opposed to the "from" address but I am
not 100% sure on that.

Answer to really dumb question: enabled where? Under web allowed domain

user properties, yes. Is there anywhere else? Besides, I can see the
entries
via the console that they are correct. In that case it should be
working,
shouldn't it?
