* This is the modus mailing list * I have a customer who is trying to use the whitelist functionality and it doesn't appear to be working. I have looked at a couple of the messages that got into the quarantine and it appears the address the customer entered into the whitelist is accurate and matches all potential references to a from address, ie. they are all the same. What else should I look for?
