this is a known bug and michael is aware as drew and i alerted... i also
spoke with yves this morning about it - so they are on top of it.

if the user were to whitelist the email from the quarantine reports -- it
would whitelist the correct from address.  if the user was using the webmail
feature and from within the quarantine section tried clicking 'add to
whitelist' - if the email had used a separate from address for replies - the
program adds that address to the whitelist settings.. and not the envelope
from address.

problem is... some email marketing campaigns use a specific email for
tracking and within the headers assign a common reply-to or from address.
again, the release feature from the quarantine emails adds the correct email
to the whitelist -- hopefully, the email doesn't keep changing though.

I have a customer who is trying to use the whitelist functionality and it
doesn't appear to be working. I have looked at a couple of the messages that
got into the quarantine and it appears the address the customer entered into
the whitelist is accurate and matches all potential references to a from
address, ie. they are all the same. What else should I look for?
