 We have been behind on the sales side of things.. Our existing customers take first priority then our sales process. I am truly sorry that I have not followed up with you correctly, it's not the norm for our sales process. As mentioned when it gets busy here our sales process suffers a bit at times rather than our service and support etc..
 
We are playing catch up now with all the recent inquiries etc... We will be following up on all inquiries tonight and tomorrow. I have not had a chance to look up the history of your calls or inquiries but I will certainly do so and get back to you ASAP.
