Ok, my last post on this.  Todd, I didn't mean to imply nor do I belive that you are "bad guys".  You posted in a public forum and I responded there and I should have made my response as a private email, it was just routine to respond to a post and that is what I did.  I believe you that you run an honorable business and don't want anyone to think that I have reason to think otherwise.  What we seem to have is just a miscommunication that occured (ya know, sometimes s*** just happens) and we need to leave it at that and move on.  I'll be happy to talk to you about your service privately.

Thanks Mike, I was just trying to be sure everyone new we were not bad guys.. The email you sent originally made me feel terrible as though I was not taking care of business properly. I pride myself and my company in really taking care of everyone.
