Thanks Mike, I was just trying to be sure everyone new we were not bad guys.. The email you sent originally made me feel terrible as though I was not taking care of business properly. I pride myself and my company in really taking care of everyone.

Well, I certainly didn't intend to cause such a flurry here.  And I also didn't intend to "shame" you or your company, I merely was pointing out what had happened previously so that you would know (I figured that you might not have known that your rep did not return the call).  No, no calls tonight, I'm about to head off to bed and my wife would kill for a business call at 11:30 at night at home that wasn't really necessary or couldn't wait until morning.
 
I should be around tomorrow, we have a wireless install but there's no reason for me to be gone for that.  I would like to talk to you or your rep. again.
