Our experience has been different. We have or have
had as customer our local city and a couple of nearby cities, the state of
Kansas, our county Department of Health, the local sheriff's department and
quite a few school districts and other local entities. Every one of them
paid regularly wtihin 30 days and were/are some of our best
customers.

No one has brought up a really important factor..... cities don't like to pay their bills on time.
They seem to think they are "special". Expect them to want net 90 terms and to take 180 days
to pay.
