Step-2 fixed this for us. A hard
reboot does not fix it. We tried that first.

Subject: [Modus] VIRCOM Error Updating Virus To all Customers running Vircom Anti-Virus (Norman or McAfee):
Some customers are having problems updating their Anti-Virus engine. For some unknown reason, the new virus definition is downloaded but not installed. This generates an error on the console and the logs. If you are having this unfortunate behavior, please follow one of theses steps. This is a workaround solution until we get a permanent fix.
