Is this using POP3? If so are they getting disconnected or gracefully
closing the connection. Also, check that they are not set to 'leave a
copy on the server'.

I am having a lot of users complaining that they are getting multiple
copies
of their emails or they keep downloading the same emails over and over.
Anyone have a clue on what causes this?
