The powder coating company that Terry Foxen (GEE) uses does a 15-year warranty. Both he and Kevin Vernon are very happy with the quality of the coating and if it's good enough for them, I'm happy with it being used on my new chassis. Interestingly the powder coating is not that thick shiny almost plasticky finish that is normally associated with powder coat. Instead it's a very thin satin finish, which seems pretty robust to me. The way I see it the first chassis lasted 25 years and 90k miles and all that had was a lick of factory paint. if the replacement lasts another 25 years it'll do me fine.
