His problem is, he can't activate MT - because he's used up his 2
activations already. And because Novell/Attachmate isn't "around", no
one is responding to support emails so they can reset his activations
(or tell him to pay again)

So not really Novell's fault - an email reply might be good, but I
dont know what their response would be, given it IS an explicit
anti-piracy measure.
