The closest analogy which I think this can best be compared to is this... Gun manufacturers, manufacture guns legally Gun dealers sell guns legally If I go into a gun shop and purchase a gun legally and on the paperwork I state that I'm going to use the gun for hunting purposes, but then I go out and murder 30 people, is it the gun dealers fault and reponsibility? Is is the gun manufacturers fault and reponsibility? Should the gun dealer and gun manufacturer go to jail? I don't believe so. No, it's the person who decided to break the law who's responsible. Someone can only be responsible for their own actions and no one elses.
