Leaving a neg at this stage seems rather a drastic move, when nothing has been resolved.
I have dealt with these folks for several years and only have the highest respect for them. If you are not happy with the item, then I am sure they will give you a refund with no questions asked. Not sure why such a minor issue between a buyer and seller has been even raised in this forum. Hello again, You should all know that when I wrote to the seller last Sunday, I did not ask to return the card nor did I ask for a refund. I wrote of my disappointment that the description and photo in the listing did not accurately describe what I received. I would have been happier and I would not have written about the transaction in this forum if only the seller had taken the time to write to me with an apology. I was a bit disappointed to see that a link to the listing was provided publicly in this forum. This was the wrong thing to do especially since I made a point of not doing it in the initial message.
