I hate when this happens. You wait forever for a card of this vintage to appear and there is always a condition problem!

However, I agree that given the text it should have been called out. On the other, it seems like awesome 1930's graffiti (wouldn't that enhance the value?). Personally, I would be reluctant to send it back. Bruce has listed 2 lobbies from this title in the last 10 years, and Heritage has listed 0!!! It would definitely be more descriptive and say exactly what was written there and certainly the listing would not indicate that it was 'faint' or hard to see. I wrote to the seller immediately via the eBay contact option last Sunday. As of ten minutes ago Saturday 10AM EST, she has not responded to me. While I don't like to give negative feedback ratings, I am leaning heavily toward it in this case because she posted a photo in an enlarged view which did not accurately show the writing which was easily visible and (2) she totally ignored my email after I received the card. Due to privacy issues, I do not wish to publicy post a link to the eBay listing or publish the seller's eBay ID. If anyone would like to see the actual listing, please write me privately.
