As for this dealer -- I have purchased many items from her over the
years, and have nothing but praise.
Perhaps it is better this way anyway, and we can stop talking in the
abstract (so and so should do this to resolve this), and we can be
concrete (she is great, I am sure she will fix this).
and I completely agree with Evan's comment on this issue. Lumi & John
are 100% ers and I'm certian they will resolve this issue to the
complete satisfaction of Alan
