If somebody had made this statement to me:
"i will now think whether to return the poster and ask you to pay the 10.00
return postage, or ask for a price adjustment to reflect the value of of poster
with 4 extra folds."
I wouldn't be responding either, as I would be waiting for your decision - are
you going to return it, or ask for a price adjustment? I don't see that they
have anything to "respond" to. You could be waiting a while...
