i have protected the seller's identity---this is not intended to embarass.
the description was so weak.
we are now back to the usual issue of dealers sticking with dealers.
i have 3 private emails so far saying i should get return
postage............an anti-dealer concept!
i did not cause the problem........it is not a scam by seller...........but
not i should not pay return postage. i am only waiting 2 days on that
issue, and now it is 3 days.
had this been a sale by an inexperienced seller my comments would have
been different. but this is a person that sells more paper in a week than i
have in my collection.
