We don't even go to the movies anymore. The only reason we would go was to see a 3D movie which we couldn't at home at that time. Now I have a 55 inch 3D TV - (I got it for free, worked in retail and was one the top salesman) so, no reason for that anymore. In fact, the cost of a 3D Blu-ray disc is cheaper than for two people to see the movie. I also plan on getting a 3D 1080p front projector when my bulb dies on my 720p front projector (that is not 3D). But, I am flying to LA in September to see 60 year old Cinerama movies. I know. I'm crazy.

And I think that the exhibitors would sell a lot more of it if it was cheaper.
