Remember that just because an email says it comes from a specific
email address does not necessarily really mean it comes from that
address or that person is in any way responsible. Spammers often
infect a computer with an auto-emailer and insert an address taken at
random from the computer's address book and insert that into the
"From:" field.
You shouldn't be so trusting as to believe anything in a spam message.

Well, is it possible that a MOPO member might get his computer
infected with a virus, a nasty one, if he innocently opens the link
contained in the hackers' mail??
If the answer is yes, than the question becomes what is more
important, the good of the whole group, or temporarily removing a
member until he solve HIS problem?
If removing a member seems too harsh, then with all due respect, I
think that at the very least, the group should've been alerted of
this impending danger.
Just my opinion.
