Hi Wim I always thought that if a large auction house wants international bidders they should at least try and organise a decent shipping option for their customers. I used to buy quite a bit at auctions in London and usually was able to pick them up in person. However, on one occasion I had to have it sent and I couldnt believe the quote I received to send one poster to Australia. It meant that future bidding was just not possible because the cost of getting the item sent was so high. Its good that Heritage has their own shipping department and that is obviously a much better option than having to arrange postage through a third party. Regards John

John, that is a real SOB to find out. Had the same experience with auctions in Canada and Italy. Actually I have the problem right now. Ecxellent communication until I asked for the shipping arrangements. Now they are also closed for the Season. Sure hope I don't have to pay for a fight, usually I have a 4" height advance over Italians.
