Right on, Jim, The guy was part of Haggard’s scam ring, and he helped to rip off collectors to the tune of THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars.
Anyone that uses him and helps support his venture is akin to them giving him a big fat pass on the criminal forgeries he made. Shame on anyone that continues to use JAIME MENDEZ for any restoration work. He should be restoring license plates behind bars.
