I think it will depend on what you want to sell. Fees with both Heritage and Propstore are very high, so if you have high-value posters that are truly in demand or, even better, have never been offered before, both auction houses might be an auction. For 'top shelf' material Heritage would perhaps be my preference.

For 'mid-range' posters, and if you are not in need of a fast sale, fix-priced listings on ebay might get you a better deal.

Keep in mind that this is coming from somebody who has not sold at auction in a couple of decades. I'm THINKING about it every now and then, since I have a lot of high end (and some super rare) material I will probably never sell through my website. But so far, I ain't getting nowhere with this idea.

Hi gang, I’ve decided to sell a bunch of items from my collection over the next few months. Years ago I sold a lot on Heritage and was happy with the service and results.
My question is - between Propstore and Heritage, what are your thoughts?

Thanks,
Michael Danese
