My last experience with Heritage was exasperating. Trying to get ahold of ANYBODY to find out about the status of an unsold/switched out poster was impossible via phone or email until finally Charles Epting stepped up to the plate and got it sorted out. They still have a couple of posters that failed to sell at their Signature auctions that I'd like returned and, of course, trying to get anybody to acknowledge my existence has been fruitless.
