Hi DMB, I like that, many a true word in the Bill Mahr joke about keeping Bush inside his box ...
It's actually the same as the "Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the enslavement of fools" adage I keep quoting. We need "wise" people to break the rules and think out side the box, but that's the last thing we need from a fool - best keep them boxed up. Serious issue is who is wise enough to judge who is a fool, and be entrusted with the power to keep the lid on the box ?
