I'm with ya on this one Ron. I've wandered the
woods a lot, especially before my son was born, but
he's getting older and I find our ventures go more
often into the woods. I never tried groundhog. I've
eaten dove, pigeon (both flew from silo to silo after
the corn was harvested), squirrel, and deer, etc...
When I talk about how I've eaten certain bugs and
tasted a small mouth bass uncooked and fresh from the
me catching it from a creek, yes, this is a bit odd,
but anymore the oddities I experience are truly
confused fantasies of people trying to handle this
society. I fall into this latter experience at times,
and then walk in the woods and the emotional-mental
support occurs. I don't even have to try. There are
invisible support beams that prop the mind's natural
structure and know-hows of this world. It fits snug
as a bug.
By golly, that's it! I'm goin' canoeing this
weekend.

thanks.

gray clouds,
SA
