Definitely, that is just what they are. It follows from the 
Experience=Reality=Quality postulate

    But with a Metaphysics of Quality the empirical 
    experience is not an experience of "objects."  It's an 
    experience of value patterns produced by a number of 
    sources, (page 81 in my digital LILA)  

    Value, the pragmatic test of truth, is also the primary 
    empirical experience.  The Metaphysics of Quality says 
    pure experience is value. (p.106)  

Have you understood my SOLas an effort to make the intellectual 
level something else than a MOQ level? Now I am curious!?  If 
you have listened to Platt saying that intellect isn't value, it has 
nothing to do with me. The 4th level is the highest and best static 
quality.
