The results were quite different. [Krimel] As you note on occasion Marx seems to be alive and well in modern Europe. I would say his influence has been positive. [Platt] Point taken. You appear to accept the tenets of Christianity as your moral compass, although I'm not exactly sure why other than it's a Western tradition -- not that there's anything wrong with that. [Krimel] It would be foolish to reject the morality of your own society. Most who do are called convicts. Also the Golden Rule is recognized in one form or another as a moral precept in every culture on Earth. It is surprising to find a rule that so many agree upon. I would submit that it is biologically based.
