Bo now: I did not get my reply to Craig off before Ron's fired (his dud) from the hip. Have you guys been sleeping in class? All static levels are MORAL levels The two lower levels are so old that we just regard them as a-moral, but the social and intellectual levels are still "fighting it out".
Ron: But what does MORAL mean to you? Is moral "struggle" Or "domination"? Bo: The social level is often seen as morality itself because that level's moral is presented as divine commandments. But social value are basically duty to the common cause and in Hitler's case he managed to make Nazism the said cause, hence the atrocities to promote it. But these things only became atrocities (immoral) seen from intellect. Had the social level been "all there was" Nazism would have written the history and the world would have bowed over, but as it were intellect were the rising power (Nazism can be seen as social value's "last stand") and USA - fired by intellectually moral condemnation - threw itself against the Axis powers. (I disregard all war facts here, that USA was attacked and declared war upon ...etc.) Ron: American Intellectual morals condemned Nazi Social morals, What are intellectual morals? I missed this part asleep drooling On my test paper. Are you speaking of Christian philosophy?
