[Ham] Joe, except for Earth's moon and the sun, what were referred to as "spheres" in Pythagoras's time are actually planets, of which Earth is third from the sun. So that applying numbers to them according to some "divine law" is, indeed, an esoteric concept more characteristic of Astrology than Science. <snip> Hi Ham and all, You have a way with words! The numbers are echoes similar to your ontology. Every manifestation requires 3 forces. The numbers thus progress: Absolute, 3, 3+3, 3+6+3, 3+6+12+3, 3+6+12+24+3, 3+6+12+24+48+3, the last step Absolute the beginning and the end. Passing Do-Si, and Fa-Mi requires a shock(intervention) as vibrations slow down at those points. The Absolute takes care of Do-Si. At Fa-Mi(earth) deviation is king. Everything seems to go in circles. With immutable essence, nothingness, existence as your triad, all change is in existence ending with immutable essence. I am OK with levels in existence. An infinity of existence is mind-blowing. I prefer names for things, 1+1=2. Joe
