[Arlo] What if people are smoking on the public sidewalk in front of my house, and the smoke comes into my house? Can I then use the government to outlaw smoking near my property? What if I live in a townhome or apartment and my neighbors are Korean who cook with all kinds of aromatic spices? Am I allowed to outlaw what they cook because I can't "walk away" from the smell? [Platt] People are not free to walk away from their sick children who are blasted into wakefulness after hours of trying to get them to sleep by the blast of your motorcycle.
